The fishing village of Puerto de Tazacorte has a wide beach of black sand and an Aqua Park (at the moment under construction), restaurants, cafés and a supermarket. There's a frequent bus service to/from Los Llanos de Aridane. It's a convenient base for excursions into the Caldera de Taburiente (National Park) and to the West of the island. We do recommend a car (please, watch our offers Car Hire). It is the place with the most sunshine on the whole island.

The holiday flats are located in a new four storey building (1985) with elevator, right on the seafront promenade. They have two double bedrooms, kitchen, sitting/dining room, bathroom/toilet with shower, a furnished balcony facing the West (sunset!) and panoramic seaview from one of the bedrooms, the sitting room and from the balcony. They have color SAT-TV, radio cassette and a rental safe. They are approx. 60 sqmts. large. Every guest has his own key. The price includes final and weekly cleaning and change of linen and towels. Minimum stay is one week. The keys are handed over in the reception of "La Fuente" in Santa Cruz.
