The antique house (approx. 60 sqmts.) holds one double bedroom, bathroom/toilet with shower, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dining room under a glassed roof, sitting room and balcony with seaview, sofa bed for third person in the sitting room, satelite colour TV, radio-cassette and rental safe. The house includes a flower garden with fruit trees of 100 sqmts. with seaview and garden furniture. Every guest has his own key. The price includes weekly cleaning and change of linen, minimum stay is one week.
