At a 5 minutes walk steep uphill from Plaza España and the bus terminal in the old town. The new building has two storeys with one apartment each. The new apartments match the style of the old town.

Each apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, kitchen/lounge fully equipped with microwave, rental safe, satelite colour TV, radio-cassette, bathroom/toilet with shower, approx. 40 sqmts. Every guest has his own key. Both apartments share a fully furnished roof terrace with a panoramic seaview. The price includes weekly cleaning and change of linen, minimum stay is one week.
