If you do not receive a response within a maximum of 24 hours, or if you would like to speak with us personally, please call us. Reception hours are from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00 (Canary time) on weekdays, Saturday mornings only, closed on Sundays and holidays. In urgent cases, you can reach us 24 hours a day. Of course, arrivals at the apartments are possible outside the general reception hours as well.
